We provide mental health first aid training:

Each year 1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental illness.  Many people are not knowledgeable or confident to offer assistance.  Physical first aid is accepted and widespread in our community, however most do not cover mental health problems.  Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches people the skills to help someone who they're concerned about.

"I previously worked for many years as a clinician in the area of adult community mental health in both public and private health sectors."

"I see the Mental Health First Aid course as a way to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness.  I am keen to help educate people from all walks of life about how to help a person who is developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis."

"I aim to provide a safe and enjoyable  learning environment and look forward to sharing my knowledge as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor."
